Neotel
Is Neotel a better option to Telkom

I'm a customer who did enquiry about Neotel coming to put in a prepaid device at my home after being very frustrated with the service I have been getting from Telkom, but not so sure about Neotel as well, and I thought after hearing a few good pointer's about them, but from myself just doing enquiry I haven't receive anything positive yet, i get no responses from them
