I have been unemployed for a few months, during this period I had notified Autopage that my payments would obviously be stagnant. Unfortunately they have handed me over to the collections department (Nimble collections). I understand the fact that I am now in a position to pay what I owe, and the fact that penalties are due but the inflated rate is absolutely ridiculous. They have doubled what I have initially owed them, and no one can give me an explanation why, or a breakdown of the penalties. I am tired of the lack of service and paying exorbitant fees for which I cant get explanations for. Surely something must be done. Absolutely my last transaction with these people.
