STELLENBOSCH NETWORK!!!

My phone does not work in Stellenbosch, at all! What is going on? This is ridiculous! It does not even help to leave my mobile number as you cant call me on my cellphone! Please give me a number I can dial from a landline. Have seen numerous complaints from people regarding this issue on social media. Whats the use in paying such inflated amounts for my contract, then not being able to use my phone (2 days now). SORT IT OUT! My phone works perfectly in surrounding towns.
