Then on Sunday 31 MARCH 2013 I receive an sms from MTN stating that "Dear valued customer, your recent application with MTN has not met our criteria and we are therefore unable to proceed with your request." How does MTN not having stock become me not meeting their criteria AFTER my contract APPLICATION was APPROVED.

I then called MTN Direct yesterday, 02 April 2013 to enquire about this notification the agent then says he will speak to a supervisor and get back to me in 30 minutes time, HE NEVER CALLED BACK, then when I follow up it seems as though I am the nuisance. He said he would speak to a supervisor about giving me the XPERIA Z at a discounted monthly premium - this supervisor is still getting back to me.

All I want is a Sony Xperia T or Xperia Z for the contract price I was approved for on a top up package of R249.00 for 24months, that's it, nothing more, nothing less.
