I moved homes in february, on the 25/02/13 i called telkom and asked them to have my line moved to my new address. I received an sms confirmation with this request. After a week i called to find out what was going on as i havent heard from them. Firstly when you call in the call either gets diconnected or you have to hold on for at least 15mins until someone answers. When they did pick up they said they received the request and will get back to me. After a week i called again, same story. When i called again a lady says that this will take up to 21 working days to happen. After the 21 days i start calling again only to be told that i have to pay a fee to move the line and since it wasnt paid for the request was cancelled, but i hadnt been told of a fee or that the request was cancelled. I anyways was so frustrated at this point that i rather said they should just install a new line. My instruction was that there is no one at my residence in randpark ridge during the day and they need to call me at least 30mins before so i can drive from Sandton to randparkridge and allow them to install. This did not happen i get home to find a note on my gate.bt no call. Apparently no managers are
