Unbelievable billing

I recently moved house so i asked telkom on the 1st of July to please move my line from the old residence to the new. They informed me that it could take 21 working days and the the phone line (and internet) would immediately be stopped at the old residence and the request would be put in to move to the new residence. On the 24th of July i was reconnected, but when i received my bill i was charged for an entire month even though i couldn't use my line for 24 days! I think its ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
