Contract not cancelled as promissed

My contract has been in areas and the lady by the name of Martha called to make arrangements to pay the account.n I paid R1100.00 and I noticed the amount was increasing even though she told me the contract was cancelled.

I called and requested her to send me a letter to show that the account was converted to prepaid as she said, but she never did. I called again couple of times because the amount was increasing and a guy told me Martha was moved due to none performance and he promised to get the amounts reversed and till the date of contract expiry, which he didn't.

I spoke to 2 supervisors who promised to investigate and give feed back, but nobody came back to me, I even wrote on their website and they said someone will contact me within 24 hour and nobody did.

All i want is for them to investigate and calculate what i owe them and cancel the contract as promised so that I can go on with my life without this account listed on ITC.
