Bad service with no customer care whatsoeve

My upgrade to the iPhone 5 dropped connection within the first 7 days of receiving the phone. After many calls, being shifted around the company and visiting the customer care I was finally told I would receive a new phone. I received my order number the following week on the 20th march. On the 27th march I then received a message saying that I should expect delivery. No one called to confirm a time and delivery place. The address on my contract is my home address. According to the customer care woman I had to phone on the 10 April no one calls to check you will be available for delivery however if you aren't at the address you have given then apparently you will be called to then give a new address for delivery. No one called me. I then had to travel overseas for work from the 2April until the 9April. On return my phone now does not have any access to calls, what's app or mail. I was the told that my new phone was recalled since apparently I wasn't answering my phone, they also have my email address which they failed to use. I now must wait another week to get my new phone. I am paying R600 for this phone per month but can't use it and no one is resolving this or reimbursing me.
