Dear Peter

I have been with virgin insurance as a client since 2009. I have insured my blackberry 9300 for R4030.00. I have lost the phone and reported at the Lyttelton police station. I have claimed it from the insurance, they insist that they will give me a phone that cost R2300 even though I have insured it for R4030.00. I have requested if i can take a phone that cost the same value that I have insured with they refused. I spoke to Carl the call centre agent then I spoke to Elrin the manager still they refusing, then i requested that they should give me my money then I'll go and buy the phone they refused. I have been paying higher premiums throughout the years due to the value of my insured items but now they want to give me a phone that cost less that I have been paying throughout.

Peter could you kindly assist me on this matter.
