Cell C
No point in logging calls with Cell C

I have requested copies of my cell c bills from Cell C. I was told that somebody will contact me. I have contacted them a second time and was told the same story. Whats the point of logging calls if nobody respond, but then on the other hand, thats what we have come to expect from cell!! your poor customer service is always to be expected.!! Now I will get a standard automatic reponse that somebody will get back to me within 24hrs. I wont hold my breath either!!! WHY IS IT THAT MANAGERS ARE NEVER AVAILIBLE!!! Companies outsource their call centers. hence the terrible service, and Cell C is no exception..!!
