I have been trying with absolutely no success to upgrade my cellphone package with Vodacom Craighall since January 17, 2013. I cannot understand how a simple procedure can take so long to finalise. This Vodacom branch in particular has not had stock of the iPhone 5 for 4 months - unbelievable.
I spend on average R1 700 on my cellphone per month, which I think is a lot of money given the level of service I have received in return. Perhaps it's time to go back to MTN?
