To Whom It May Concern:

I upgraded my contract on 03/04/2013 & haven't received my package as yet. At customer service they keep telling me that it's waiting to be invoiced. Honestly, this is not my problem. I phoned again this morning & they also tell me that it may up 2 weeks before I get my package. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Once again, should I cancel my contract with Altech & move somewhere else or do you want the business? The money I have spent with Altech is almost R20k. It really is not acceptable to be waiting this long for a cellphone.
