Cellphone warranty is worthless

I have now sent my phone in for repairs for the 3rd time at Vodacom Repairs Sandton and it is still not fixed!! Surely after 3 attempts they would replace the phone? Isn't that what a warranty is all about? Otherwise what is the point of offering it at all.

It is very difficult to contact someone who can help, everyone is more than happy to pass the buck.

My husband and I have been Vodacom customers for over a decade. One would expect that when something goes wrong they would WANT to help, but clearly that is not the case.

I really would have expected more from supposedly such a respected company. Right now I am trying to cancel my contract to move to another provider but this is also harder than one would expect!
