Cell C
Poor service

One and a half years back, my girlfriend got me a cellphone on contract by cell c, which i have been using eversince. Now lately i just cant send sms's. I have been 3 times to cell c already about my sms settings. Everytime i wanted to send a message, it says "unable to deliver". So i go to a cell c branch and they tell me that its my sms centre number thats wrong. 3 times they changed it and said that your problem is sorted out, but next thing i look, then the sms centre number is changed again. Now everytime i have to change the sms centre number, before i want to send a sms. I've tried getting hold of the call centre but it always keeps ringing, and they annoying guy in the background just keeps repeating himself, saying how sorry cell c is to keep me waiting. So whats the point i still try going to cell c, if the same thing is just going to happen again and again. I just feel that this is a waist of time, for i took out a contract to explore the network, not to fix my sms settings everyday.
