Upgrade done with my name

I took a contract with Mtn 2010/10 - 2012/09 my last debit order. I had two lines 0832937434 and 0832936538, I called early in the month september to check my last debit order and I was told that month End is the last debit order. Then I called in october to cancel debit order then I was told that line 0832937434 was upgraded in Braamfointein which I never did the upgrade. Another Person ID copy was given, Proven that it was a upgrade. Ever since I've been trying to cancel the upgrade and monies accrued but to no avail. I have been talking to branch Bongani Noge, Boitumelo from dept and Thabo from Cancellation dept. Everytime I was promised that it will be done but it is not.
