Won't unsubscribe us from the mailing list

We have tried for 6 months on an almost weekly bases to unsubscribe from the email blast. The online unsubscribe facility indicates that we've unsubscribed and without fail the following day an email blast arrives in our inbox. These blasts are daily. We've sent emails asking to be unsubscribed as well as phoning the company, yet we still receive the daily blast.

There is nothing wrong with the content of the blast, we are just not interested in receiving the newsletters any more. BUT THEY WON'T STOP SENDING THEM.

How do we get them to take us off their mailing list?
