Still havent recieved my phone!!!

Hi, i have already filed a complaint on hellopeter last week and i still havent recieved any phone!! this is getting really unacceptable!! this is two months now, if i dont recieve a new blckberry torch in this week i am contacting my attorneys and sueing vodacom!! im am paying for a phone that i dont even have!! this is not my mistake it is vodacom's misteake!! so either you fix it or i am sueing and going to the news papers about this because i had just about had enough of this!!
