Vodacom
Dont have words!!!

I did lay a complaint last week, still no one able to assist me, i booked my phone in last week Friday, and there is a flap on the side of the phone where the charger connects into, and the flap is not there anymore. No Vodacom wants me to pay R3000 for my phone to get fixed, because of the flap not being there. This is ridiculous. The problem with my phone is soft-wear related, and the keypad is not popping up, no i need to pay that amount for my phone to get fixed. I want to cancel my contract and i don't want anything to do with vodacom anymore, ever in my life!!! i would never use a vodacom number again. I would rather use any other operator cuz this is not acceptable. Im sooo disappointed in myself that i decided to choose vodacom..what a mistake
