Claiming already paid amount

I settled my contracts in full with Vodacom South Africa, and I am now being threatened with legal action for an amount they claim was in arrears. I requested and received a quote for ZAR7870, 00 which I paid uncomplainingly in full to settle my family's contracts with Vodacom. This amount was paid in August 2013. Now I am receiving a further bill and threats of legal action including attachment of my property and assets, with costs and handing over to the credit bureau for black listing. When I asked for the quote I insisted that the amount include full and total settlement. When I paid the amount in full I again asked and was assured by the Vodacom customer care agent in Umhlanga in Durban that this figure included all arrears, balance of payment for the devices and three months contract payment of which I did not benefit or use. I took this as advice in good business faith and thanked them for their kind help.
Please refer to section 5.10 and 16.2 of your service agreement that I insisted all monies be paid when closing my contracts.
Please rectify your mistake.
