Almost for 2 years I am trying to have service from from 8ta. Surfing the web is almost impossible only in off-pick hours. It is difficult to disconnect the connection that shows 0, 00kbps. They have this senseless system of the escalating problem and then eventually close the case and then is no problem! Hellkom attitude. A small network as 8ta can easily be overloaded, they oversold they capacity and what they do is just collecting money at end of month. 8ta my contract with you will be soon ended and guess I will not renew it. I spoke to numerous consultants and managers in my hope that eventually I will have my service that I am paying for. Can you escalate and ask for some brain?
