Upgrade Nightmare

After several complaints and store visits i still don't have a device since upgrading in December 2012. Both my phone and tablet was defective and amidst everything that went wrong, the phone accessories were. Now after speaking to several complaints managers, my complaint record has disappeared. There is no a available escalation process with mtn.
