Ive been due for an upgrade for the past week. One thing that i have experienced is the utter lack of knowledge on new products, in particular the samsung ativ tablets.which came out a month ago in the March leaflet and which seems to be not available anywhere in ct. The excuses i get is that either the staff do not have a glue or they have not received stock. I have ordered one and was promised a call 4 days later which never happened. A week later after visiting the branch still nothing has happened it was like my order was never placed. I have been to all the major outlets in cape town and surround and no one seems to know what i am talking about. Please sort yourselves out its embarrassing. I would like to get a call back and be informed what the situation is asap
