My name is Odirile, I have a problem with the careless of MTN cell phone company.
Someone somewhere managed to open an account at MTN under my name, without my knowledge, and I can assure that my ID documents and my drivers license are under my position and I never lost any of them. I lodged complain with MTN department. To this point there has been no correspondence with me from MTN with regards the matter, I called several times, is either they didn't receive my affidavit/email or the police stamp is not visible on my affidavit, contrary to that I'm receiving distressing calls from the debt collectors all-most everyday with regards the issue they insist that I must pay R62503.10 urgently. I worked hard for my credit record to me clean now my name has been dragged on the mad, now I'm blacklisted because of the careless mistake of MTN. I want my name to be cleared.
