As a new customer with CellC, I am really not happy with their customer service. Firstly I bought a new phone from them on the 28th of February 2013 and insured it days later, but CellC has not debited my account for the Insurance Cover Charge. I called them for consecutive days since the 3rd of April till today to check what the problem was and their lines are always busy. If they have changed numbers then they should let us know and if my phone is not insured then I will go to another company that takes their customers serious from day 1. I also emailed their Customer Service Department on the 4th of April and I still havent received a respone. I am really not happy with you guys and dont even recommend you if thats how you treat your customers
