In August 2012, I have insured 2 Blackberry cellphones with Jet, whereby both of the Imei numbers where taken and I assumed that both will be insured, only later the next year April/May 2013 I discovered that only one premium is going off on my account and I phoned customer care only to hear that one of the blackberry's is insured and that I have to go back into the store that I have insured it with to reinsure the other one, I then went back, and they again loaded it onto the system whereby I received a slip again. After a month I checked my statements, and again only one phone reflected, this wa really starting to me off because what if the phone had been during this time then there wouldve not been insured and the value of the phone is still over R3000.Any way I again phoned customer care who, said I need to go back in store which my husband did, and they assured us that everything will be sorted after that, up until today the phone is still not insured, I have laid a complain with Jet customer complaints and they haven't solve my query and its been more than 3 weeks ago now, I refuse to go back instore again as I feel I have done my part in this.
