Good morning

I have called 084140 and logged a case on 2 occasions and they keep saying someone will return my call and no one does. All i want t know is why am i not receiving my 500mg of data as i am only receiving 200mg and when i signed up or my contract it was including 300mg extra.
I have emailed your customer service department and still no response,

Your aftersales service is discussing and non existent!!
