WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH MTN???!!! USELESS!

My phone was suppose to have been un-blacklisted on the 27th, almost 2 weeks ago. Guess what, its still not working!!! Each time I call in, I get the same freaking excuse, theres a delay on the network and I must leave the phone off. What the is going with you people! Its seems like theres one problem after the other! I WANT MY PHONE UN-BLACKLISTED OR YOU SEND ME A NEW PHONE!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! THE SERVICE IS GETTING FROM BAD TO WORSE!!! I WANT FEEDBACK IMMEDIATELY!!!
