Not NEARLY enough characters allowed here to express the entire experience, but here is some:

False advertising trickery with "unshapped" through the network shift, flooded call centres, poor consultants, TOTALLY unstable connection that fluctuates sporadically any time of day, and much more nonsense.

We have pretty much been very busy and just tolerating this all. Untill tonight. This is the third weekend in a row I sit down on my couch to enjoy a little gaming before the hard week ahead. And i have been unable to get a single multiplayer game on MW3 for about 5 hours. Multiple tests conclude that my readings are averaging around: 800ms ping, 300kb dl rate, 15kb upload rate. 800 PING!!! No wonder i can never get a game. I struggle to watch a 360p youtube video, infact 240s even still needs to buffer. This has all been getting consistently worse over the course of the past 2 months. At this point it is just unbearable.

WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AFRIHOST TO RESPOND TO OUR HELP SMS FOR 6 WEEKS!
We have logged 1 every week since, with NOTHING.

Kindly contact us asap or we're gone.
I wud call myself, but last time was 45min with 2 disconnections and almost R100 airtime, so...
