I ordered a new line with ADSL 1Mbps and it was all installed within 3 working days. It took me 1 call to 10210 and surprisingly the call -centre was quick and efficient. After the installation, it took me a mere 3 calls to sort me completely out with my internet setup. Please give these Telkom technicians in the Kensington area big applause...
