Vodacom bills your account with subscriptions from a Opera Telecomms to whom you have never subscribed to. Opera Telecomms bills Vodacom from a Zuma Mobile to whom you have never subscribed to. Upon querying Vodacom they say they have no responsibility and I have to contact Opera Telecom. Upon querying Opera Telecom they say they have no responsibility and that I have to contact Zuma Mobile. I received a ref# LK1401006 from Opera Telecoms. No success. I have a business account with Vodacom and pay them a huge amount of money per month. Surely they can have some form of verification process in place to query their clients whether they have subscribed to such a service. Is'nt Vodacom legally responsible? I see many complaints concerning Opera Mobile and Zuma Mobile. If there is a class action against Vodacom they should be legally responsible since the ultimate billing resides with them. I find it unacceptable that, as a business client, I now have to contact all the relevant service providers. I have not agreed to any terms for Zuma or Opera mobile to subtract R 5 per day from my account
