Zumba Mobile and terrible service at Cell C

I laid a complaint on the 1st of July. Zumba Mobile. i received one telephone call from Ruth, she said she would call me back and never did. i want the money reimbursed. if not i have no problems moving over to Vodacom even though i've had my contract with Cell C for over 6 years.

Cell C billed my account with subscriptions from a Opera Telecomms to whom I have never subscribed to. Opera Telecomms bills Cell C from a Zuma Mobile to whom i have never subscribed to. Upon querying Cell C says they have no responsibility and I have to contact Opera Telecom. Upon querying Opera Telecom they say they have no responsibility and that I have to contact Zuma Mobile. I have a personal account with Cell C and pay them my bill every month without any hassle. Surely they can have some form of verification process in place to query their clients whether they have subscribed to such a service. Isn't Cell C legally responsible? I see many complaints concerning Opera Mobile and Zuma Mobile. If there is a class action against Cell C they should be legally responsible since the ultimate billing resides with them. I find it unacceptable that, as a client, I now have to contact all the relevant service
