Opera - Unknown subscription!

I have a contract at cell c and I recently noticed that my bill was sky high due to an R6.15 which gets deducted 3 times a day! I am subscribed to an Opera subscription which I don't even know of and why is it deducting from my debit order. I went to the store and they told me that they can't see what I am subscribed to! And that I have to call 084 194 5555 - which my calls never go through! This is bad! I need to report this! How can they do this and I just have to pay!
