Waiting 8 days because of bad service delivery

My cellphone service has been suspended without my authorisation or knowledge. I have been phoning since 25 March and I haven't been able to speak to customer care as they have many calls waiting, I have been on hold for between 30minutes to an hour on each opportunity I have phoned. The emails I have sent haven't gone through as they have a backlog of emails.
