Vodacom line suspended

My Vodacom line was suspended last week Saturday, 7 December, without any reason.
I logged a case instantly, and have phoned the Helpline probably about 10 times... and it was forwarded to 3 diiferent departments. Since then, NOT one consultant has phoned me to follow up, NOR given me a reason for the suspended line.
I even went into a Customer Care Centre this morning, sat for 3 hours with my babies, and still no resolve.
Seeing that is a long weekend, I still probably wont have the use of my phone (so it is getting close to 10 days).
I honestly dont know how many business calls and emails I missed, and I cant access my online banking (receive OTP via sms).
This is the worst service I have received from a cell phone service provider...
