Contract Approval - FOREVER

On Tuesday 02/04/2013 I applied for an MTN Data Contract. 3 days later I am still waiting for the approval. The contract has been escalated TWICE by 2 consultants in the Claremont store. And still no answer.
Am I missing something here?
Am I wasting my time with MTN?
As a 1st time customer I am not impressed by MTN!!!
