Service suspended yet again

I started my contract with Vodacom on the 28 of February 2013 and on the 4 of March 2013, Vodacom suspended my service for non payment. REALLY, a contract of 4 days old. I wrote the complaint on Hellopeter.com and Vodacom said that they had corrected their billing mistake.
Second month into my contract and after my debit order was paid, Vodacom has yet again suspended my service due to my balance being exceeded.
VODACOM u said u fixed this problem, I should sue u for loss of income, as I cannot use this contract to call my clients tomorrow.
I will be looking into that, trust me.
FIX THIS PROBLEM AND GET UR INCOMPETENT STAFF TO CALL THE CLIENT. (just in case u were wondering, I am the client)
