At the end of Feb 13 a Vodacom debited my bank account with an amount approximately 3 times what was due to them. It turned out that in incorrect cancellation fee was debited to my account. From the end of Feb to date I have spent in excess of 3 hrs on the phone speaking to various consultants in various departments trying to have the issue resolved. Despite several promises for the money to be repaid I have still not received anything from them. It is incomprehensible to think that an organisatio such as this have no systems in place to have issues resolved. There is absolutely nobody who is able to provide any feedback of substance. It is great to see that Vodacom still see it fit to deduct further money from my account despite the fact that monies is due to me. I ams ure that this complaint will be ignored in the same manner as all the other complaonts I have tried to lodge with them, even though they do not have any system in place for that too.
