I have lost my sim card which is contract, two weeks ago i went to menlyn altech they told me they dont have sim cards promise they will have it by next week tuesday. As they promise i went there same thing no sim cards
As i am senting this email today i phoned again like ysterday they promise they will have them, to my surprise even today they have never receive them. They tell me about they supplier is it my problem or theirs I am angry because a pay lot of money every month for the service but to help or give service they dont deliver. And once
you dont pay they cut your line in second such company is after profit not service. They dont consider they extra money you spent for transport and calls that you make to get the service. This even include they call centre poor service, on statement letter they dont have email you can see this company is not prepared to help client. Now i have to go to pretoria north for service. VERY ANGRY!!!
