No communication about change of billing

Paid accounts via Easypay (Checkers accepted my payment) on 30/03/2013. On checking balances on Tuesday 02/04/2013 I noticed the payments were not reflecting. Checked again on 03/04/2013 still no payments reflecting. Called 111 and after going through the laborious telephone prompts got through to Moja @ 8h04 03/04/2013. Moja stated that a sms was sent out informing customers were no longer able to pay via Easypay - no such sms received. I have not even received a statement in 2 months probably due to postal strike but keep my account up to date. Reference number 285883897 to log issue. Moja confirmed that the phones would not be suspended. Asked to log complaint at the same time and he stated I would receive a second reference number for this via sms but nothing to date. 03/04/2013 sms received. Vodacom: Thank you for paying your account. Your payment will processed accordingly and services reinstated today if locked due to account in arrears. As of this morning 04/04/2013 payment still not reflecting. Vodacom obviously don't know how to communicate to customer or supplier (Easypay). What a sad state of affairs!
