I made a payment of R200 in advance on my account on Friday 15 Nov 2013, This amount after 3 days is not reflecting on my account, I have even faxed proof of payment but have not received any form of communication from you. (Not healthy customer relations) Please look into this as all my passed payments have reflected on my account well within 24 hours
