Making False Promises! Pathetic Customer Service!

Dear Cell-C,

Your customer service is nothing short of appalling and pathetic. I regret that I made the decision to change from my current service provider whom I have been with for the last 15 years.
My journey with you has left a bad taste and one that I will never recommend to my family, friends or even enemies!
I took out a Cell-C contract on the new Z10 on the 01st of March. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Zaheeda Obaray, who on first contact was very polite as every sales consultant is; thereafter her service, tone and quality of e-mails were rude and arrogant. I had to continuously contact her for an update regarding my phone instead of her being proactive and providing an update. Her e-mails had no greeting, no professional sign-off or signature. During my first conversation I asked Zaheeda to confirm that I can port my current number before I take out this contract and she confirmed yes. I have had my current number for 15 years and have no inclination to change it.
Upon receiving my phone I called the contact centre on the 18th of March, to request the number port. I was told to place my SIM card in another phone in order to activate it. I did this and the n
