Im really finding it so hard to believe this!!!
Im a in a new comedy move or is this just a plain joke???
After how many emails STATING I WORK IN A CALL CENTER IN CLIENTS SERVICES, after complaining on Hello Peter this is PATHETIC!!!
what do i have to do to get service. It feels like i want to cry.
EMAIL me as stated how many times!! after complaining and asking a manager to EMAIL me just a normail agents send me a reply with no answer???
How can this be customer service, really now its a joke!!!
Afetr send an email to get your banking details to do an eft end of the moths there is STILL NO RESPONCE!!!
for the th time just EMAIL ME!!! my email address [Email Removed]

Ihave sent 11 emailed since Thursday asking for banking details to do an eft and till now there is now response???

And now i have to wait 5 days to send another complaint???
