MTN Not fulfilling obligations

I upgraded 2 cellphone contracts with MTN which I have continued for several years, in mid 2012 (between Jun and Aug 2012). In Mar 2012, one of the cellphones become blocked and MTN call center indicated that it was a "Top up" contract and I would have to buy airtime. I have never been on a prepaid or top up facility and have paid bills on this account that had exceeded R3000 in a single month, with no complaints. I have subsequently asked MTN on 20 Mar 2013 to provide me with a copies of the contracts (Call center ref 98302767) and went to the Sandton branch where I upgraded on Tue, 26 Mar 2013 with the same request in order to get to the bottom of the situation. I was informed it would take about 2 days... almost 3 weeks later, no copies, still frustrated with with MTN and have no Service on one cellphone (083 781 2172) and no service in getting this issue resolved. This is absolutely unacceptable!! MTN is happy to take my money but not deliver a necessary service to the client! Ridiculous!
