Trust between a client and supplie

I currently have two contracts with Vodacom (one is a spare). Two branches of Vodacom who sold me the vodasure contract assured me there was no breach if I swapped sims as both contracts belonged to me... My one cell got so I went to use my spare cellphone which has been with the extra Sim. I continued to pay both contracts even though I only used one, and now it seems I have ended up using a friends cellphone because Vodasure has rejected me for sim swap and time lapsed since last use... this is the whole idea of having a spare cellphone. Please advise as this is not acceptable to me.
