NO INTERNET SERVICE

I cant connect to the internet on my IPhone 5 at my house. A complaint was logged at the call centre (ID1769211) on the 27 March 2013.I have not received any feedback or respond from the call centre. On the phone it shows 3G but I cant connect to the internet, asoon as I drive away from home, i get internet conncetion.
