Handset issues and BIS problems

I will now be booking my phone in for the 4th time due to battery problems. As per usual the phones battery only lasts 30 minutes gets to 1/4 battery and tells me the battery is to low for radio use. This always happens and they replace the battery. I want the phone replaced this is terrible service!!! I have a issue with the new BIS layout you guys advertise unlimited BBM and email this is a load of!!! I have been through 3 packages in the last 2 weeks I am a business client this works via BBM and Email a lot it all comes off my data. My business also relies on social media to function. When my data allowance is up it terminates my BBM email the lot. This is a rip off meaning my BIS costs will go from R60 to R240 a month. I want both of these issues addressed as I cant constantly sit with out my phone due to faulty service and BIS problems every time it costs me a lot of business which I know MTN will not pay me for!
