Account balance just seems to climb each month

Good day

Please advise why my bill keeps getting more and more yet I stay within the allocated bundles each month, I have a closing balance of R2231, where the do you come with those figures? I have not missed any payments and my bill should be R995, why was I billed R1236 for the last month? Really people? Can you not do the math?

Please explain?
