Failure to cancel contract of unemployed client

I have made numerous requests and have sent proof of unemployment affidavits from the police autorised since 2011 to Altech Autopage asking for my contract to be cancelled in vain. I have been sent invoices of R6861.41 to date with the initial contract expiring in May 2013

Can someone tell me who needs to cancel this contract and have the human decency to call me please. You cannot squeeze blood out of a stone
