No dilivery

On the 6th of March I upgraded with MTN to a new phone of Sumsung where you get a phone and a TV. I was told by the consultant by the name of Neo that it will be dilivered within 2 weeks. Since I have been waiting for the TV to be dilivered nothing till now. I would like to know from MTN group how long should I wait. I will pay for something that I dont own??? please respond...
