8ta still passing the buck. I need help!

Shirley Mamabolo contact me on 18 March 2013 to apologize on behalf of 8ta. She told me that my account was credited with R199.00.

My internet connection went on after a long period and I was really very thankful but suddenly realize that my connection was off again!

When I phone the customer care they told me that my account was in arrears. I explain to the person on the line and he told me that he is going to escalate my query to accounts department again.

What must I do? I am so frustrated that I can jump up and down!

8ta must come up with clear answers why they so incompetent not sorting out my account.

This will be my second attempt asking Hellopeter to intervene on my behalf for the same problem.

Can Hellopeter assist me or must I rather go to the consumer protection council?
